Dr Karen Moloney is Chair and responsible for ensuring good governance and long-term financial stability at BML.

 

Her background is as a business psychologist specialising in the qualities of leadership. Her clients have included global corporates such as Citi Bank, the public sector and government departments such as Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and three UN agencies.

 

She is the author of two books and is currently writing a musical.
